About Me
I am an Ayurveda physician, researcher, and academician with over two decades of experience in Ayurvedic research, counselling, product development, and international practice. My purpose through Feel Free is to help individuals overcome stress and manage weight naturally — combining classical Ayurvedic wisdom with compassionate counselling and modern lifestyle understanding.
At heart, I believe true healing begins when one feels safe to share. When we express what truly burdens us, we begin to release it — and from there, real change starts.

Core Philosophy of Care
“As an emotional person, I’ve gone through various ups and downs in life. I’ve felt that each individual has their own thought process, and in anyone’s tough time, we simply need someone who listens without judgment, understands our point of view, and helps us move ahead positively. With consistent guidance and follow-ups, we can stay committed to a healthy, balanced lifestyle.”
Personal Touch — The Journey Behind Feel Free
“My empathetic nature pushed me to start a counselling centre where I could support people struggling with stress and weight management. Through my own challenges, I’ve become more confident and resilient — transforming personally by reducing my weight from 90 kg to 65 kg through an Ayurvedic, stress-free lifestyle. Feel Free is the reflection of that journey — where care, understanding, and sustainable change come together.”
